Winner of the 2025 Southern Region Cairdeas Award - Rainbow Club Cork Centre for Autism

This year’s winner of the Southern Cairdeas Award is The Rainbow Club Cork Centre for Autism. The Rainbow Club is a lifeline to families, children, young teens and adults living with Autism, supporting their needs in coping with the world and the challenges they face on a daily basis.

The Rainbow club aims to help, support and teach people about Autism, they provide understanding in what’s needed to cope with the diagnoses and how to get support from each other.

They also teach children and young people to communicate, make new friends, be part of a group, learn new skills, and how to be themselves, proudly accepting Autism, and finding their own place in the world.
