Innovation in Sustainability

The new award for Innovation in Sustainability will recognise a team demonstrating transformational change in environmental, economic, or social sustainability.

The shortlisted companies for the Innovation in Sustainability Award are:

• Maynooth University with Microsoft Ireland for its project – Terrain-AI

• Microsoft Ireland for its project – Energy Saving and Carbon Reduction Rooftop Solar Project

• Boston Scientific, Global Facilities Galway for is project – Global Energy Management Systems for Multinational Companies

Innovation in Enabling Technology

An organisation who can show outstanding innovation in technologies that drive digital engagement will be the recipient of the 2022 award for Innovation in Enabling Technologies. 

The shortlisted companies for the Innovation in Enabling Technologies Award are:

• Xperi for its project - Neuromorphic Sensing

• Janssen Sciences Ireland part of the Johnson and Johnson family of companies for its project – Solving the Buffer Solution Bottleneck through Process Intensification

Innovation in Talent Development

The Innovation in Talent Development award, which is returning in 2022, recognises an organisation for their outstanding performance in managing, promoting creativity and collaboration in the development of talent.  

The shortlisted companies for the Innovation in Talent Development Award are:

• Bank of America, Europe for its project – Transforming the Future of Work (Technology Learning Programmes)

• Stryker for its project – The Stryker Engineering Apprenticeship Program

• Pfizer Global Business Services Dublin for its project – Developing the GBS Colleague of the Future
