Since joining Workday in 2016, Graham has scaled global product teams and currently oversees an international group of more than 150 software engineers delivering high-impact, AI-driven enterprise solutions. Appointed Site Lead for Irish operations in 2022, Graham serves as an ambassador and advocate, driving the growth and success of the over 2,200-person workforce at Workday’s European headquarters in Dublin.
